We can install a polyester liner inside of your existing sewer with little or no excavation.

Relining uses PVC-coated fibreglass reinforced polyester needled felt tube filled with liquid resin. The impregnated liner tube is inverted using an air inversion unit. This system is a true inversion technique using compressed air. The resin impregnated liner tube is inverted (turned inside out) and pressed tightly against the host pipe until cured. The end result is a PVC continuous liner with no joints and seamless from end to end.

Patch Liners

Patch liners can be used to repair localised damage where full end-to-end lining would be unnecessary. This method involves placing a piece of impregnated matter on an elongated inflatable bladder and guiding it into place with the help of a CCTV camera. When it is precisely located, the bladder is inflated, pressing the patch into place. The pressure is maintained until the patch has cured, the bladder is then deflated and withdrawn, and the job is done. Patch liners are becoming increasingly popular for dealing with isolated defects, offering a cost-effective alternative to a full liner or other repair.

How the Renoline system works

Before any relining takes place, the drains must first be inspected and surveyed. We use a "Colour CCTV pipe camera" to identify and locate the cause of the problem. The Drain is then cleared using High pressure water jets; once the blockage is cleared the pipe is then ready for the Liner installation.

The Renoline liner is custom made from fabric that is impregnated with specially formulated two part polyester resin that sets hard in a matter of hours allowing minimal disruption and inconvenience.

Once the liner is tailor made and prepared, it is inserted in to your drain via any opening in the drain. It is positioned in place with a CCTV camera and inflated, forcing the liner to take the shape of the pipe filling and voids, cracks or lining over any damaged section. (Subject to weather and conditions) curing period, the internal bladder of the liner will be retrieved, completing the process and making the drain ready for use immediately.
